Who Do We Serve?
In the companies that work with Frank Horton Associates (FHA), employees receive EAP and Work/Life services as a benefit. All services are confidential and are provided at no cost to
the employee. FHA offers services dedicated to the individual employee and their family members, the management staff, and the organization as a whole. Through our network of EAP partners, we are able
to serve our corporate
clients nationwide.
Services to Employees and their Families
- Confidential clinical assessments for employees and immediate family members. Employees are seen for any issue ranging from parenting to depression.
- Short-term counseling and problem-solving sessions
as appropriate
- Referral to community resources that are matched to the employee’s needs
- Unlimited access to FHA website, which contains useful information for employees and managers
- Crisis intervention 24 hours, 7 days per week
- Case management and follow-up
Services to the Employer
- Expertise in management consultation, psychology, social work, group dynamics, and addictive illness
- unlimited management/supervisory coaching sessions regarding troubled employees and making referrals to the EAP
- Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
- Evaluation and specialized case management in fitness-for-duty situations and for positive drug screens
- On-site training provided as part of EAP
- Services provided at your worksite or in the privacy of our professional offices
- Promotional materials, including brochures, wallet cards, and posters
- Unlimited access to FHA website, which contains useful information for employees and managers
- Consultation on substance abuse, workplace violence, and sexual harassment prevention and intervention
- Regular statistical reports on utilization
- Return-to-work services, including planning and meeting facilitation
