Frank Horton Associates, LLC (FHA) is an independent provider of workplace consulting and counseling services. Established as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in 1990, FHA has been a leader in providing EAP services in North Carolina.
As a private and independent firm, FHA focuses solely on providing EAP, risk management, and workplace consulting services. FHA works hand-in-hand with organizations to provide the highest quality Employee Assistance Programs to employees and their families. Our workplace programs improve the quality of employees’ lives and—when personal issues affect work—can restore or improve job performance. Our programs often prevent job performance issues from happening in the first place.
FHA also provides a full complement of organizational services. These workplace consulting services include Organizational Training, Organizational Development, and Work/Life Services. Each component, in addition to our core EAP services, can be provided to our client companies either as part of a package or as a separate service.
